St. Matthew Lutheran Church is a Christian family, based in the holy and perfect Word of God– the Bible.  We are eager for you to join us!  Our logo design reflects a tree.  Picture it like a "family tree": The roots of the tree are planted firmly in the soil of Jesus Christ. The trunk of the tree is God's holy Word, which is our primary strength and support.   • Sunday Morning Bible Study

    The topic for our studies this summer is "Ask the Pastor".  Each week the pastor will answer questions from the Bible on a topic of concern of the members of the congregation.  The times are 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

  • Weekly Services

    Beginning the weekend of May 23/24th, our summer service times are Saturdays at 5:30 p.m,. and Sundays at 9:00 a.m. with Bible study on Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Office Hours

The St. Matthew office is open on Mondays through Fridays from 8:00am to 2:00pm for the summer.  The office entrance is through Door #4 which is off of W. Lawrence St.


BIBLE STUDY is a very important part of congregational life at St. Matthew.  For more information on our class offerings and study times, click on the "ADULTS" tab at the top of the page.


GriefShare is a video series that features some of the nation's foremost Christian experts on grief and recovery topics from a biblical perspective. Anyone who has experienced the death of a family member or friend is invited to attend this group which meets every Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Room 108.
